The project of Zhikan residential complex located in Tehran, Asadabadi St. (Yousef Abad), 31st Alley, started in 2010 and ended in 2013.
This project was designed and built in 5 floors of single units and 2 floors of parking on the ground floor and basement.

Leona Office 7 administrative complex is designed and under construction by Yasin Sazeh in one of the most central parts of the northern regions of Theran.
The special architecture and great accessibility have made this building one of the best office buildings in the region and one of the most unique opportunities for large offices.
During the design process, the architectural team was able to create a very beautiful view at the intersection of Thran Parkway with a combination of concrete, metal and green elements and guarantee the quality of this beautiful view by considering the additional metal structure on the north side of the building.

Livona Laden residential building is located in a cozy and quiet place in Valanjak area and in 5 residential floors of one floor, designed by Bozhgan architecture office and executed by Yasin Saze group. This building has 5 units with an area of 190 square meters and has the facilities of swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, gym, lobby, meeting hall and green roof.

Freeland Kindergarten (Farfariha) was designed and reconstructed as one of the most up-to-date and dynamic centers for education and care of children in the eastern region of Theran.
One of the most important elements considered by the design and implementation team of the project is attention to the childlike spirit of the building, the presence of people with creative and dynamic minds and high mobility in this center, and this attention is in the selection of elements, placement of spaces, color selection and other issues. It is obvious.
Disruption of dead city forms and creation of an attractive cut in the heart of the buildings of the region for the presence of children is seen in this project. Freeland was designed and built in 3 floors and in an environment with an infrastructure of about 360 square meters. This center has spaces with a new use and suitable for children, and this difference can be seen in the reception of local residents or clients from outside the region.
